Abstract: | This paper guides SMEs in performing B2B data consultancy for growth purposes, based on a systematic literature review. It examines three key pillars: Strategy, Value and Fundament. Each pillar has essential sub-pillars, fourteen of those sub-pillars have been used in the research. The goal is to identify best practices, trends and challenges in data usage, highlighting areas that are well-researched and areas that need further exploration. A holistic approach of continuous learning is advised for effective data consultancy, in order to successfully help clients grow in becoming data-driven. |
