Methods: Data was collected using daily diaries combined with continuous physiological measures across 34 participants for eight days. SB was measured through an accelerometer from the EmbracePlus. MiL was assessed via daily diaries. The data was visualised and then analysed with multilevel modelling. Results: MiL stayed relatively stable across participants. Regarding sedentary behaviour, little variation in individuals sleep-wake cycles was evident. The mean adherence rate was 90%. Multilevel modelling found no significant association between SB and MiL. Conclusion: Given the lack of a significant relationship, reaching consensus on definitions and measures of both is needed before exploring their relationship. The methodology from this study shows promise due to high adherence. Future research with multiple assessment times and more context-inquiring questions could deepen understanding
