Abstract: | The primary objective of this research was to investigate methods that can enhance engagement and adherence to rehabilitation exercises for individuals dealing with PT, also known as ”jumper’s knee”, by integrating an exercise into a daily life activity. Which means that an interactive prototype had to be developed that could lower the needed cognitive thinking for the exercise so it could successfully be integrated into an activity of daily life, without causing any additional stress. |
