| Abstract: | The service level of Riedel decreased after Pentecost and Ascension Day over the past two years. An optimization approach has been developed to find a good configuration of pallet rackings while managing the multiple product inventories. To cope with the demand uncertainty, scenarios of future product portfolios have been set up. |
