Abstract:The current rejection rate of the keg line is 5.3%, which is higher than desirable. To reduce the cost of rejected kegs and to adhere to the quality standards of Asahi, several scenarios for the implementation of a residual pressure check are quantitatively analyzed. Furthermore, a root cause analysis is conducted on the leak detection machine and subsequently the main contributors are resolved. Based on these two aspects, Grolsch will reduce the rejection rate and associated costs, and will adhere to the quality standards of Asahi.
