Abstract: | At the preparation process occur high employee costs because there is a mismatch between the demand and the number of employees. In this research, a mathematical model is constructed which minimises employee costs and unmet demand costs while maintaining a service level and subject to planning constraints. Based on this mathematical model, an advice is given for improving the employee level planning. |
