| Abstract: | A food safety testing and consultancy company has a large amount of historical data that is not used to do data analysis on the safety of client's food retail. Slowly clients are more interested in seeing how safety testing plans are created, and as of 2024 this is done via the use of external trusted data sources that have public data. The reliance on other organisations for data analysis is a problem that can be solved by making analysis cleaning and analysing historical data of the company itself. At Eurofins FSS research has been done to clean data and create a data analysis dashboard to be able to do be able to decrease the dependence, and increase the quality and reliability of Eurofins FSS' data analysis when creating testing plans. |
