Abstract: | This study aimed to research how Immersive Virtual Reality simulations can be designed to help pre-service teachers reflect on instructional methods. The research done for this study compared reflections written after experiencing one's own lesson from the perspective of a pupil to reflections written after watching one's own lesson that they gave in the virtual environment of the simulation. The results showed no significant difference between the reflections, but the group who first reflected by using the video before experiencing their own lesson in IVR were less critical of the mistakes they identified when watching the video. |
