| Abstract: | Timely access to paediatric healthcare is vital for safeguarding health and development of children, who represent future leaders, innovators and scientists. The national standard of the access times being 28 days at most represents the urgency of addressing young patient’s unique needs. This thesis answers how the paediatric outpatient clinic of Isala Zwolle can optimize its capacity plan prioritizing patients’ needs and the department’s commitment to providing high quality and expertise care. |
