Abstract:With quantum computing being a risk for classical encryption, the need for quantum safe encryption is high. This research will focus on the quantum safe hybrid certificates for signatures. It will compare and benchmark the Catalyst and the Composite certificates based on speed, ease of management and ease of migration. For each certificate, an implementation of the certificate in the Digital Signature Standard (DSS) will be used
