Abstract: | Team development is a dynamic process that significantly influences the effectiveness of collaborative groups in both educational and organizational settings. Bruce Tuckman's five-stage model (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning) provides a structured framework for understanding team evolution. Despite its applicability, the model remains qualitative and lacks solutions for quick, objective analysis. This research proposes the development of a generative AI-powered chatbot that uses natural language processing (NLP) to analyze team members' emotions and interactions, mapping them to Tuckman’s stages of development. This tool is designed to help simplify team assessment by providing actionable, feedback for each stage, improving interpersonal dynamics and collaboration. By combining AI technology with theoretical frameworks, this study seeks to address the limitations of traditional methods and contribute a robust, real-time solution for team analysis and formation. |
