Abstract: | The company currently uses an online tool to show sales of a big supermarket franchise. This tool allows for multiple weeks to be selected. This is very helpful when you want to look at specific promotional weeks, however when looking back at a specific period a long time ago, it can give unreliable results due to user error when the wrong weeks are selected. The assignment is to create a dashboard specifically designed to focus on lockdown weeks and using relevant KPIs to show product groups' performances compared to non-lockdown periods. A dashboard was created to increase efficiency and standardization of gaining insights from sales data during covid lockdowns. A calendar was created from archives to map out all covid measures per week. Then four lockdowns were been selected. Relevant KPI's were selected based on literature and available data. The dashboard features four pages that focus on different aspects of the dataset (customers, products, lockdowns, online vs bricks). |
