Abstract: | This research focuses on assessing the impact of Syntilio, a startup that provides a digital platform for unplanned care within extramural care organizations. The study applies the Technology-Organization-Environment-Economic (TOEE) framework to systematically quantify this impact, incorporating twenty drivers across four key dimensions. The framework is tailored to the specific context using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and validated through expert input. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are assigned to quantify the drivers, enabling a structured assessment. The framework is implemented at a care organization where Syntilio is implemented, and its impact is systematically calculated and analyzed. |
