| Abstract: | This research aims to increase the production capacity of Bomech B.V. Currently, no quality control checks are performed on incoming goods, meaning too many defects enter the production process and cause disruptions and productivity losses. The objective of this research is to provide a solution that tackles this problem and fits Bomech's needs and wishes. Additionally, the effect of the to implement solution on productivity is analyzed. The result is a pratical solution to reduce productivity losses caused by defect goods entering the production process. |
