| Abstract: | This thesis aims to quantify trends in and define mitigation strategies for cost overruns in bouwteam infrastructure projects. In bouwteams, client and contractor create a design collaboratively by working together early in the project. Previous research identified many qualitative beneifts for this way of working, as well as some cost overruns. This research aims to quantify the causes of these cost overruns. Additionally, it formulates mitigation strategies. |
