Abstract: | This study investigates the impact of Dark Triad personality traits, Machiavellianism, psychopathy and narcisssm, on entrepreneurial intentions among university students using data from the GUESS 2023 survey. While previous research has yielded mixed results on how these traits relate to entrepreneurship, this study provides new insights by focusing on student populations. Through logistic regression and ANOVA analyses, narcissism emerged as the only significant positive predictor of entrepreneurial ambition when modeled alongside the other Dark Triad traits and control variables. |
