Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is the process of localization and emergence of the GSM system Indonesian style. This issue is studied through the Societal Construction of Technology (SCoT) approach, and Fleck's configurational and generic technology. Initially, the approach was the Social Construction of Technology (SCOT), but this was changed to broaden the scope, thus be able to equately study and approach the difference of the Indonesian context, in comparison to Western countries. |
