Abstract:
Web-based surveys have conquered their place in the world of gathering survey data. In contrast to the response rate of traditional methods, the response rate of web-based surveys is often quite low. Could this be due to the presentation and layout of the web-based surveys? In this study some of the possible relevant factors are investigated.
