The goal is to design an instrument which gives an indication of the success rate for interactive realization. The main question is which complex factors are crucial for a spatial project to justify the use of interactive realization. This means that interactive realization does not always guarantee a better project result. The complex factors can be identified with indicators. The use of indicators facilitates and triggers the implementation of interactive realization.
