"Kennisuitwisseling met projecten" bij Interbeton B.V. : kennisbehoefte en kennisdeling stimuleren met een kennisaudit

Civil Engineering contractors continuously apply new knowledge management initiatives as cost prevention measures. In this article results are shown for a research on ‘knowledge exchange with projects’ within Interbeton B.V.. According to analysis the knowledge needs have to be mapped to facilitate project employers with knowledge. Therefore, a Knowledge Audit has been matched and executed to instigate knowledge needs and knowledge sharing.
