Abstract:The research project is aimed at the process of introducing and embedding project risk management (PRM) within NS ProjectConsult (NPC). NPC is a project management, consultancy and engineering company, owned by the Dutch Railways (NS). Based on the outcome of this research project, the organization's management is advised on how to establish a management process regarding the introduction and embedding of PRM, the purpose of which is to advance the use of PRM to the desired level.
