Abstract: | Most of the problems at Sarandi found their roots in inefficient and ineffective processes. For this reason, process innovation was performed. The manufacturing process was selected for innovation. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is inherent to process innovation and offered a framework for this research. The purpose of this paper is to perform a BPR cycle within the company and to make Sarandi familiar with BPR so they can apply this method to other processes later on. |
