Abstract: | In this research the organisation climate is measured by a questionnaire consisting of nine dimensions that are characteristics for a climate that supports creativity and change. This questionnaire is filled in by the manager of the new product development (NPD) department. These nine dimensions are also presented towards employees of that department. By analysing their scores of climate the coherency of the climate can be assessed. The hypothesis is that a coherent climate has a larger impact on innovativeness than a incoherent climate |
