Abstract:When a company creates a product architecture, it needs to decide about available technology and market opportunities. These decisions are usually hard to make because the financial implications to the firm are often significant and uncertain. Strategic Architecture Valuation was developed as a practical method in order to quantify these financial effects and thus improve the way product architectures are created
