| Abstract: | This research focuses on differences between organizational hierarchies in relation to organizational identity. Previous research has shown that employees will perceive the organizational identity more in either strategic or cultural attributes, depending on their hierarchical role within the organization. This research will explore these presumptions more extensively. |
