Abstract: | Multiple industrial and costumer focused construction companies are active in the Netherlands. These companies have a special knowledge and skill to construct with prefabricated elements and with different processes than traditional construction companies. Although this special position of these companies, the Dutch industrial and customer focused construction companies are still focusing on the Dutch market. This report is the product of a extensive literature review and interviews with managers of Dutch industrial and customer focused construction companies. This report answers the question if a foreign market for Dutch industrial and customer focused housing companies exists, and which strategies these companies can use to obtain access to foreign markets if a market exist. The aim of the research is to identify foreign markets for Dutch industrial and customer focused housing companies and to describe the strategies for these companies to obtain access to foreign markets successfully |
