Decision making support in enterprise integration projects : a step by step approach

During this research we investigated how to approach an enterprise integration project to increase the likelihood of synergy. We defined the following resarch question: How to improve decision-making during enterprise integration projects due to mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry?
