Abstract: | This research seeks to contribute to promoting the employability of HRM activities by and for clinicians in Dutch hospitals. The stimulation of the deployment of the HRM activities under the clinicians is possible to achieve by creating more understanding. It comes to creating insight into which HRM activities in which situations are relevant to clinicians. It also creates insights into the applicability of HRM activities at work domain of the clinicians. Creating insights into the applicability is likely to contribute to the recognition of the added value of HRM for and by the clinicians. As has already been appointed, one has to consider that the findings from this research have to be presented in an easy-to-use and time-saving way to the clinicians. Its purpose is to increase the chance that the clinicians will apply the findings in case of work-related issues. To comply with the conditions, easy to use and time-saving, the insights which come from this study will be presented in the form of a checklist. |
