| Abstract: | Hospitals are facing an increasing number of different projects they have to manage. Projects originate for instance from government programs like “Sneller Beter” and the Safety Management system. Managing the numerous project however has proven to be difficult for hospitals. Therefore the key question in this research is: how do Dutch hospitals organize their multi project management in the area of quality and safety and what are possible points of improvement? A literature study and a case study are executed to get an answer to this question. |
