Abstract: | INAT is a tool for the interactive analysis of signalling pathways dynamics in living cells developed at the University of Twente. This report presents an analysis of the tool's usage scenario's to determine which features are good directions for further investigation. Based on the analysis a reimplementation of the tool's frond-end in the biological workbench Cytoscape is presented. Finally, continuing on the analysis, the design for model element annotations is presented. The annotations are intended to take the role of lab journal for in-silico experiments. |
