Abstract: | This thesis puts the focus on a topic that has long been discussed in the academic world. It deals with the question how Corporate Social Responsibility orientation (CSRO) – an individual’s attitude with regards to the balance of the economic, ecological and social activities of companies - is shaped. This research follows the popular assumption that CSRO is influenced by national culture and attempts to put this theory to the test by means of empirical research. |
