Abstract:This report describes the research done for the school of Management and Governance at the University of Twente. The goal of this research is to provide recommendations for the key requirements specification of an information system that supports planned and unplanned use of the shared meeting rooms at the Ravelijn building, by employees and students of the school of Management and Governance. This report describes how the research has been performed as well as the results obtained.
