Abstract: | In this report the heat transfer from the burner to the head of the Stirling Engine is evaluated. This evaluation is done using simulations performed with Ansys and Fluent. The hot region of the Stirling engine will be simplified and meshed in Ansys and in Fluent the heat transfer will be modeled and simulated. With the results of the current design possible improvements are generated and afterward simulated. |
