Abstract:The research in this thesis was conducted at the company HEMA in the context of completing the study Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Twente. We first present an introduction to the organization and the motivation for this research. Subsequently, the approach and results are outlined. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are given.
