Abstract: | strategic decisions are important for any organization. Especially for entrepreneurs this is important since their future is unpredicatble and uncertain, and the entrepreneurs are subjected to high time presure. imagination might be an important factor helping the entrepreneurs with the decion making, and helping them cope with these circumstances. This research investigates the use of imagination within the process of decision making by entrepreneurs. first a literature study is conducted, and a conceptual model created, after which 25 entrepreneurs are interviewd, in order to further imporve the conceptual model, and to see if the found theory is reflected in practice. |
