Abstract: | In this thesis, we research the problem concerning the allocation of specialists. Specialists have to divide their time over various activities. We analyze the current method and problems, and come up with alternative methods to allocate OR-time to specialists. Using a simulation model we analyse and compare the current and alternative methods. Finally, we advise a more flexible method for allocating OR-time to specialists. |
