Abstract: | emperical test of the effect off employee voice on innovative behavior, and the role affective commitment plays in this context. Statistical analysis of pre existing data leads to the conclusions that affective career commiment positevely affects innovative behavior whereas interaction between affective career commirment and affective team commirment negatively affects innovative behavior. Arguments are made concerning the role of employee voice, but no statistical evidence was found in this regard; more research is required to strengthen the understanding of its role. |
