Abstract: | Organisations challenge their employees to become lifelong learners, in order to have relevant and up-to-date knowledge and skills. Feedback is considered to be essential to this process, which is why feedback becomes a central subject to organisations. Nedap recognizes the importance of feedback and wants to transform itself into an organisation with a strong feedback culture. Since it is unknown how organisations can manage this process, this research will answer the following research question: How can an organisation implement a strong feedback culture? |
