| Abstract: | This master thesis has been conducted with cooperation of IFC and to improve the logistic situation at AMC. IFC is a small consultancy company specialized in hospitality in the health care. With the help of IFC I started together with J.W. Haas to map the food logistics at AMC. After mapping AMC's current situation regarding their food logistics we did research on how to improve their current situation. For this end J.W. Haas has done research on inventory control. While i have done a Benchmark over 9 Dutch hospitals in a search for solutions to AMC's current problems and to give recommendations regarding their food concept in development. |
