Abstract:A case study about the implementation of The Human Capital Scan. A business scan designed to measure shortage of right educated personnel and to gain insight in the labour market. Discussing business scans in general and applying general business scan phenomena to The Human Capital Scan. Theoretical foundations are benchmarking, action research and various criteria for implementing a business scan. The case study explores the various theoretical foundations formed in the theory in practice. The results of the case study will be used to form recommendations for implementing The Human Capital Scan.
