| Abstract: | The Police of East Netherlands has identified several problems regarding the support of local police officers and emergency units by the burglary team, for a more effective tackling of burglars. The aim of this study is to give explanations and suggest improvements for the problems that the local police officers and the emergency units have to face regarding the lack of support by the burglary team. It is important for the Police to improve the situation regarding the up-mentioned issue; otherwise, this lack of support eventually leads to problems in the investigation process. |
