Abstract:The present research work had the purpose to identify the social factors implied on the PC3’s type of spin offs and tried to integrate them to the already existing inventory of successful factors through the execution of a PC3’s business plan. Furthermore, the purpose is double folded, because in this case the PC3 pursues to facilitate the economic and social reintegration of the research group, and it tries to stimulate and develop social entrepreneurship mind setting. The research group consisted in on a mixed group of individuals, elderly people and younger women from the San Agustin Calvario (SAC) village, Puebla, Mexico. The main research question was answered through three sub research questions, they focused different areas such as: (1) the evaluation of the principles of the PC3 inventory in SAC contextual conditions; (2) the identification of the social terms fitting in the PC3 inventory, and; (3) the lesson learned by SAC participants from adapting the PC3 inventory. It was concluded that all the categories of the PC3 inventory of successful factors have been observed and adapted to the case. As for the social factors, during this research it was found that culture enables to set up structures, activities, roles, and responsibilities to be performed by the venture. Other social factors such as vision and proactive personality combined into one or several individuals of the BoP facilitate social changes.
