| Abstract: | Nowadays, energy conservation is an important issue. Much literature focuses on the energy user when saving energy Nevertheless, not much research has been done in the area of energy savings of employees in companies. This study combines user attributes with recommendations for a potential feedbacksystem. To design an appropriate feedbacksystem to for the user, the persona technique of user-centered design principles has been employed. Using the persona technique, statements can be made about characteristics, goals, desires and limitations of potential users feedback system. To achieve this goal, a semi-structured interview with sixteen employees of the company the University of Twente were conducted. Different variables were used to design two personas and one anti-persona. For the two personas recommendations on a feedback system can be formulated. This, however, is not possible to do for the anti-persona. |
