Abstract: | A performance management system (PMS) helps organisations manage the performance of their employees by creating a direct link between employee performance and organisational goals. With this, organisational effectiveness is improved, as the organisation and all its subsystems are working together in an optimal way by setting targets that are related to wider objectives. Isala has the to be the best hospital, as it written out in their 2013-2017 strategy. Performance Management can add value to Isala regarding this goals set, by e.g. managing organisational performance in a proactive way. This research analysed and discussed where exactly the added value lies for Isala. The outcome of this research is a Performance Management System design for Isala. |
