This bachelor thesis deals with involvement that temporary employees receive from their formal employer and material employer. Tennis teachers have been interviewed to find out their expectations and experiences with respect to the tennis club (material employer), Sportservice Noord-Brabant (formal employer) and Totaal in Tennis (intermediary).
