Abstract: | This study explores the domain of content-driven commerce. Using a Design Science approach, the researcher identified eight implementation challenges for building a content-driven commerce solution. By collaborating with industry experts, the researcher then developed a Go-To-Market plan for the joint proposition and identified key benefits of content-driven commerce. These findings were validated by experts in two focus groups - one group discussed the design challenges of integrating content and commerce systems and the other the value businesses gain from implementing them. The final results of this study represent new knowledge about the domain of content-driven commerce. |
