Improving the quality management maturity of Previder

Previder is a young organization that is growing. To continue to grow the coming years and in order to develop and professionalize their internal organization, Previder wants to know how mature the organization is and what really needs to be improved in the organization. First, by making use of a quality management model, the maturity of the organization was measured together with its strengths and weaknesses. After the pilot study, a follow-up research was conducted to examine what really needs to be improved in the quality management areas that needs the most improvement.
