What is Dutch medical leadership?

medical leadership is a relatively new concept in the Netherlands. To create more jaw assembly and support physicians, the platform medical leadership (PML) has asked to develop a competency profile for the medical leader. Also, the definition of medical leadership will be further elaborated. The development of both the definition and the competency profile is examined further in this master thesis. The data was collected from literature review and stakeholder interviews.
