Abstract: | This research is commissioned by a technical security company that advices customers on a security strategy, delivers the products and executes the installation. The context of this research is a small but growing organization. The combination of growth and a young inexperienced team cuases some challenges. In this research it will become clear why leadership and HRM can be combined in small organizations and to what outcomes that will lead. In order to address the challenges of the organization relevant literature is gathered and a qualitative field research is performed.A research model is introduces that combines different leadership characteristics and HRM practices in order to increase the trust in leadership. This trust can resolve the issues that are present because of the growth and the young team of employees. |
