To optimize efficiency of freight flows over water from the United Kingdom to the Twente region and vice versa

My research is focused on "optimizing efficiency of freight flows over water from the United Kingdom to the Twente region and vice versa" by combining cargo of members of Port of Twente. This in a challenging and innovative way: by researching the potential of using an inland-sea vessel to eliminate the process step of transshipment in Rotterdam. The main conclusion of this research is that using a sea-inland vessel is technically and financially feasible for the core members of Port of Twente.
